Depression and anxiety are common especially in parents. 

This workshop provides a safe environment for parents to discuss their experiences of feeling overwhelmed and anxious or stuck inside negative emotions. We begin with reviewing some of the common indicators that you are suffering from depression and/or anxiety and talk about how this can affect parenting. From here, participants are guided through exercises to learn ways to cope with low mood and anxiety while also responding to the demands of children and daily life.

Cost: $10 for members and $15 for non-members.
