Our diet after bubs has been born becomes more important than ever. As a mum of four, I personally and professionally see this as an area mum's struggle with due to lack of time, energy and motivation. However we don’t want to reach burnout!
In this workshop you will learn key tips to replenish your lost nutrient stores, easy and practical (because I like practical) ideas on snacks and meals, energy to support breastfeeding and eating strategies to support weight management.
Plus I will put on my other hat as an Exercise Specialist and provide you a guide towards returning to exercise after baby.
