Children often have fears and worries that keep them awake at night or cause distress during the day. Often feelings can seem overwhelming and too big for little people.

This workshop examines how to help children who are struggling with anxiety and depression. It focuses on simple practical tools for children that parents can learn and teach for themselves.

Cost: $10 for members and $15 for non-members.
